Gratitude Rising: A Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath Experience This gentle yoga + sound bath experience will begin with a gentle yoga practice led by a Yoga 4 Change instructor, accompanied by live sound facilitated by The Sound Healer Collective. With an emphasis on rest and supportive postures, the practice will flow into a sound bath offered by multiple facilitators, giving you time to settle in and receive the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments. You’re welcome to participate in the movement or simply rest and listen. No yoga or sound bath experience is needed. Come as you are, take a breath, and make room for gratitude while supporting Yoga 4 Change’s work in our community. Lite bites + refreshments will be provided and incredible raffles available. Yoga mats and limited support tools (blocks, bolsters, and blankets can be provided for gentle yoga and sound, however please bring any personal items that are most comfortable for you.
